2015年1月15日，“《道路货运企业等级》标准修订第一次工作会议”在京召开。交通运输部运输司货运与物流管理处战榆林处长出席会议并作指导，会议由标准修订课题组组长、中国道路运输协会王丽梅副会长兼秘书长主持，孔卫国常务副会长出席会议，课题组各成员单位代表参加了会议。会议讨论了道路货运企业等级标准修订框架方案、研究了标准修订格式范本、通过了课题工作分工和研究技术路线等事项。
《道路货运企业等级》标准修订工作，是加强和完善道路运输企业等级制度建设的重要内容。经部运输司、科技司批准，标准修订工作，被全国道路运输标准化技术委员会列入《2014年交通运输标准化制、修订项目计划》，2015年完成标准修订工作。本次会议得到了部运输司的大力支持，货运与物流管理处战榆林处长从行业主管部门的角度对标准修订工作进行了指导，希望课题组按照道路运输标准化委员会统一要求进行深入研究，通过标准修订的契机推动道路货运企业转型升级，既符合行业实际，又能够创新发展，为道路运输企业等级制度建设奠定基础。
《道路货运企业等级》标准修订工作符合当前货运市场的要求，标准修订和实施将对推动货运企业转型升级、创造企业更好更广阔的发展平台意义重大。标准修订工作中国道路运输协会负责，并成立了由重庆交通运输控股（集团）有限公司、万里运业股份有限公司、交运集团公司、吉林省运输管理局、陕西省道路运输协会等单位参加的课题组，负责课题标准修订的研究工作。本次会议就《〈道路货物运输企业等级〉标准修订框架方案》进行了深入的讨论，对修订原则、修订要点、后续工作安排及任务分工达成了一致。会议达到了预期效果。
The CRTA Begins to Revise the Chinese Industrial Standards ‘Classification of Road Freight Transport Enterprises’
China Road Transport Association (CRTA) is now starting to revise the Chinese industrial standards ‘Classification of road freight transport enterprises’, which came into force in 2005. The Enterprise Standards is one of the most important criteria in the Chinese road transport industry. According to it, all the Chinese road freight enterprises are divided to five grades. The enterprises with different grade can have corresponding business qualification. For example, a First-class enterprise is qualified to carry out transport business nationwide, and the Fifth-class enterprise can only do its business within the county where the enterprise was registered.
‘As the basic industrial management system, the Enterprise Standards played an important role for promoting the intensive development of Chinese road freight enterprises’, said Madam Wang Limei, the vice president and secretary general of CRTA. After having contributed to the Chinese road transport sector, it is necessary to revise the clauses and articles to meet the requirements of new development tendency within the Chinese sector.
According to the plan of the working team for this task, the new Enterprise Standards will probably divide the Chinese road freight enterprises into six grades: Special-grade, Grade One, Grade Two, Grade Three, Grade Four and Grade Five. In the near future, there will be some integrated international freight companies in China, which will benefit the whole industry and lead more and more outstanding Chinese freight enterprises with high-level management & premium credit to compete and cooperate with foreign freight companies.
